Mongolian Human Resources Institute


Mongolian Human Resources Institute was established on 15th September 2006. It is a professional non-governmental organization that aims to develop and sustain Mongolian style human resource management model based on the best international practice, promote rational human resource policy, protect the right of human resource managers and officers, conduct professional level study and analysis at labor market, organize trainings and introduce international human resource expertise to the local business environment.
Mission of statement
To become a leading professional organization that supports human resource development. - conduct training and seminars on organizational and individual development, professional skills and business development, organize related activities - provide assistance for local human resource professionals in contacting overseas professional human resource organizations - develop and submit human resource programs and projects to the government authorities and involve member organizations in the implementation process - to protect the rights of human resource professionals - to provide the partner organizations with skilled human resource - to conduct professional rating among experts in human resource field - to develop cooperation with both local and overseas NGOs, state organizations, business organizations and individuals in the field of human resource development, exchange experience - to develop human resource database - to implement human resource development and training programs funded by local or foreign resources, conduct surveys - to organize meetings, seminars, business tours or expos and send delegates to foreign professional meetings - to distribute professional knowledge to the public in a way of issuing human resource magazine - to introduce and deliver series of human resource books, training or hand out materials Membership By getting a membership, professional organizations and individuals will be enabled to get enrolled in trainings and seminars while developing effective channel in jointly determining uniform human resource policy at national level and exchange information and ideas on human resource development.
Mongolian Human Resources Institute has over 500 members so far.

1. Distinguished member Is a person who largely contributed to the institution’s operation with many years of active involvement and rich expertise.
2. Professional member Is a human resource professional who has worked in the relevant field for not less than 3 years, has sufficient professional expertise, meets the MHRI criteria and actively gets involved in the institution’s activities.
3. Supporting member
Employees who have partial or supporting role in an organization’s human resource function, supporters who wish to get promoted in human resource field or students may get membership.
